CONFIDENTIAL CLIENT:
The project included the renovation of an existing 200,000 square foot pharmacal manufacturing facility into a wet pet food manufacturing facility. The project required an engineered facility and utility assessment to ensure the clients operational demands and GMP requirements were achieved.
Buffalo Trace Distillery:
The project included the demolition and complete replacement of an existing process equipment in the mash house. The work involved elements of Historical Preservation, 3D laser scanning and BIM modeling for clash detection.
Fusion Brewing Taphouse:
This project was an interior renovation, new exterior façade renovation and expansion of service bays. Additional offices were added and the interior finishes and layout were renovated to General Motors new showroom and customer experience requirements. The exterior was renovated to include new insulated storefront and the General Motors entry arch.

Agrana Fruit:
AGRANA FRUIT is a global specialist in customized fruit and non-fruit preparations for various applications, including dairy, ice cream, and bakery industries. KSA consulted on hygienic building design and performed the code analysis for their masterplan feasibility study to expand their production capacity.
Ruiz Bakery Addition:
The project included the full service Architectural Services for a Bakery Expansion to an existing Frozen Foods plant. Capabilities for Four new tortilla baking lines was added.
